Let’s Get Lyrical (Late 1970s)
The Michelin Man became a popular crooner for these easily recognisable advertising messages introducing us to the catchy “Switch to Michelin” slogan. This messaging theme was to be further developed throughout the 1980s – you’ll see more of these memorable visual designs in upcoming instalments.
